Shipping to the United States Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Free Shipping: All orders currently ship free of charge.
Delivery Times:
3–7 business days if your item is in the US warehouse.
7–14 business days if your item is in one of the international warehouses.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. You will receive a full refund for the order amount minus any shipping costs incurred for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a satisfactory solution.
